You may report the accident directly to your insurance company. If you need help, please call us for assistance at (718) 457-0900.
Should you report your accident to ConSur, it must be done Monday through Friday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
Please bring to our office:
- Police report
- Estimate of damage
- Photographs of your vehicle
- Photographs of all other vehicles involve
- Registration
- Insurance Policy with Policy Number clearly presentable
To obtain a Police Report, you must go to the Police Precinct 3 (three) days after occurrence.
It will cost $10.00, check or money order, for 1 (one) copy. Either should be made payable to the Police Precinct involved not to ConSur.
You must bring to our office, all the questionnaires you receive.
Accidents involving a Cyclist or Pedestrian must be reported IMMEDIATELY!
