Do not confuse the "Payment Due Date" with the "Cancellation Date." If the "Cancellation Date" is tomorrow, you must have paid already which means starting tomorrow the policy is cancelled (null) and voided.

If your policy is cancelled, you must re-apply or return the license plates from your vehicle immediately!

The fine is $8.00 per day, every day until your vehicle is re-insured or the plates are returned. Avoid these problems and fines; PAY on a timely basis.

Insurance companies are not obligated to notify you of any cancellation, if they do it is a courtesy to inform you.

If you have already paid (on time) and were cancelled anyway then:

DO NOT WORRY!

Bring in the proof of payment to our office and we will make the proper adjustments to the billing cycle.

Do not hesitate to re-apply or costly fines will accrue, re-application is not an involving process.

It is illegal in the state of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (other states apply as well) to drive any motor vehicle without proper insurance. Insurance must be provided upon request by any officer of the law.
